Outboard Technology was established by David Gillespie in 1992. With his many years’ experience, there isn’t much David doesn’t know about outboards and boats.

Being a one man show, David provides amazing customer service with a smile and will leave you feeling confident about the service and repairs carried out.

David was a tutor at Adult Education for over 20 years passing on his general knowledge of servicing and repairs to four stroke and two stroke outboard motors to students.

In Dave’s spare time he enjoys all things water and boating related such as fresh and saltwater fishing, diving, waterskiing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, ski boat racing and powerboat racing! With all of these hobbies he can relate to your needs, and always enjoys a chat about them too!
